It is normal that you think and compare yourself with people that doesn´t suffer of any menthal disease. What we have to figure up is what is normal? Everyone has his own problems and the challenge in life consist in deal with them.

Try to love yourself a little bit more. Remember that what you have is a cronical disease compare to diabetes, hipertension or any other lifetime illness. Please do not feel shame. Is not your fault and you cannot change what came in your genes.

What I do suggest is to have healthy habits like going to bed early, try to excersize, have a diary were you can write what you feel and so on. Meditations is essential. Get in touch with your most pure inner side. Believe in you. Learn to forgive yourself from negative thoughts and make a list of goals you want to achieve.

Imagine yourself healthy. Learn to live in present. Sometimes living in the past or in future confuse yourself. Train your mind to care for you. Recognize synthoms and trust you psychiatrist. Otherwise trust a friend, talk about what you feel. Be optimistic.

And remember God is always around and he always cares about you.
