One of the hardest thing of depression are suicide ideas. Where do they come from? How long are they staying? What is their purpose? Do they belong to me?

As I said, one of the hardest syntom of depression, are suicide ideas. The come only in big depressions, in he hardest ones and usually they make you imagine, hang up, full of sleeping pills, jumping from the balcony or cutting your vains.

A healthy person doesn´t have such ideas. With this in mind, recognize, you are not ok. You need help. Again, the psycriatist is your best option. You must talk with someone what you are thinking. Do not feel shame, is not your falt.

Be afraid, yes. Try not to be alone. Call a parent, a friend, be occupied and if you do not have any of those chances, just lay dow. Yes, lay down. Talk to the ideas, tell them: if you want me, come for me, I wont harm me.

Why these ideas appear? Their are part of the big depression system. It is very important that you do not identify with the ideas, just let them pass. Many young people and even older who suicide, did it because they thought those ideas belong to them.

We live in a world of high pressure, high speed and not all souls can handle it. We live in a lack of compassion sometimes, the idea of sucess doesn´t alloud us to feel better. A lot of things are expected from us and the truth is, we cannot respond to all of them.

It´s a shame that governments try to hide menthal ilness when we are mind. Those who suffer from menthal disease need help and support and not to be locked down in dismal facilities without a hug or any expression of love.

As resume, remember, you are not those ideas. You can get better. Check well, there is always a hand and a friend that cares from you. And basically, you must care and live. You don´t know what life has prepare for you just close around the corner.
