When emotions are overwhelming and your feelings want to explote
Have you felt overwhelmed by feelings or situations where you do not know how respond? I am sure you have. What happens to a depress mind is that cannot handle them. They seem bigger than they are. You cannot speak to anyone about them, you swalow your fear and it is worst that sharing it.
With time you develop loneny habits and is not rare that you are a corner student that never raise his hand to make a question or that you tremble to do it.
Family is very important to develop the skills to share what you are thinking or feeling. The sad thing is that many people do not want to hear complaints and neither know how to help you.
We all have friends around the corner. We are the ones that spell them away. And all human being need care, love, and eventually one of those huge hugs that take you out of your outfit.
When a difficult emotion comes try to talk to her. Tell her that you are not dam and that you will resist. It is very important that you believe in the last sentence I wrote. You will resist.
Before, we saw the impact of suicide ideas in your mind. The guilt that appears with them. Your lack of confidence and that deep silence that wants to eat you any way. Stand straight. Pray your angels. Make some excersize, yoga perhaps, be aware of your breathing, admire the landscape, the moon, the flowers. We have senses to feel and try to feel the best of what is around you.
Feelings… they pass by. Do not get attached to any one. Let them pass. Love and you will see how love comes back.
